OK since you started reading this its too late to stop. In 2001 a 15 yr old girl was killed in a clearing in scotland. nobody knows who or what killed her but there is scratch marks all over her body and she looks horrific.she is said to ram around the world and can go to two places at once.if you don’t post this on 5 other vids/websites in 10 min she will suddlenly attack and kill you in some gruesome way. this is scary cuz it happened to my friend. please.

During my short rock climbing stint, I made the mistake of focusing on using my arms instead of my legs. While your arms are very important, you mostly use them for balance and finding a grip. Once you find a good step, you push yourself up with your legs instead of pulling yourself up with you arms.So if your legs are strong already you should be in great shape!
